Donation to Epilepsy Foundation

On the morning of September 21st, 1998, we lost Flo-Jo due to a Cavernous Angioma brain aneurism which caused her to suffocate in her sleep after an epileptic seizure. She passed away while sleeping in her bed next to her 7-year-old daughter, Mary. Nearly two years before her untimely passing, Flo-Jo suffered her first seizure which Mary sadly witnessed. Mary’s quick reaction to call 911 saved her mother’s life and she watched her mother survive that day. Unfortunately, on September 21st, she saw her mother die. Mary has worked closely with many foundations, but the Epilepsy Foundation is one that means the most to her. Losing her mother at the age of 7 and witnessing her mother suffer from seizures at an early age, was not easy as a child. For years, Mary found that it was her duty to dedicate her time in educating herself about her mother’s illness and wants to help those with epilepsy. Furthermore, her goal is to bring awareness to epilepsy and inform the community about it.We are honored to have donated to the Epilepsy Foundation (@epilepsyfdn) in memory of Flo-Jo & we plan to do so much more in the near future. If you know someone that suffers from epilepsy and want to help donate or learn more information about the Epilepsy Foundation, then please visit their website at www.epilepsy.com.💜 Flo-Jo Forever 🐆#EpilepsyFoundation #FloJoForever
